You don’t have to be a professional web specialist or SEO expert to earn a living online. You can simply be a homebased blogger who wants a piece of the internet pie and who wants to earn from his hobbies.
Take for example, my neighbor Dan who earns a living by blogging about carpentry and bass fishing. He has everything put up in a span of a week- killer content, a website on the updated web 2.0 platform, a dozen social media accounts to promote his blog campaign and even advertisers.
But these are all Dan's ideas, he hasn't laid a finger himself on the groundwork. He handles the creative and marketing aspects of his business, he does the writing from time to time (only when he wants to), but for most of the time, he's at his backyard enjoying a beer. So the hell is doing all of Dan's legwork? He's earning something equivalent to a regular office salary while he simply takes his time to do things he enjoys most.
Dan eventually told me his secret because in this economy, everyone needs a leg up. I never knew Dan to be selfish, we go way back as friends when we were in middle school and it ws no big deal for him to tell me his entrepreneurial secret. Dan confesses of having an army of "him" working round the clock and on a precise schedule, all doing what he's supposed to do. He's hired Virtual Asssitants.
People far more skilled than him when it comes to technology and maintaining an administrative upkeep. Dan, my friend is not hardworker, but he sure is smart. He does check up on his VAs everyday, but leaves them alone to do their tasks and comes back online after their deadlines. Surprisingly, the VAs deliver well and Dan is earning a profitable sum monthly living this very chillax lifestyle.
Now to be honest, I'm pretty much in the same boat as Dan. I've got my own army of Virtual Assistant too. Doing pretty much what needs to be done formy own startup.
